Goal: Together with our Board, I'll help enhance member growth and Kabangka's impact by offering accessible programs, expanding career resources, and increasing awareness of scholarships, mentorship, and events.

2. Deepen Community Connections and Engagement

Goal: Create more opportunities for meaningful engagement and collaboration, both virtually and in-person, while introducing new perks and benefits that enrich the member experience and strengthen long-term engagement.

3. Elevate Kabangka's Brand and National Profile

Goal: Work in tandem with our Communications Committee to strengthen Kabangka's brand and expand our reach to new audiences by amplifying member stories, achievements, and diverse voices through strategic media engagement and partnerships.
